“I am definitely NOT tech savvy and I only know the basics when it comes to computers….cell phones are a completely different ball game! I was having problems syncing to outlook so decided to do google docs which world work out great BUT had no idea as to how I can view my calendar on my phone. I researched everything and I couldn’t figure it out so I called Telus at a few locations close to my Barrhaven home…….with NO LUCK at all I was beginning to get quite aggravated with the lack of help I was receiving. Then through Twitter + a friend I was recommended to call Parlez Wireless to find help. Lisa Larter directed me to her tech guy Jon (@parlezguru) and I decided to take the drive out to their location for some help and boy was I ever glad that I did!!!! Jon was able to help me in a matter of minutes with all 3 of my phones (I also decided to get company cell phones for all of my stagers) I’m glad he helped me set up each of the phones so quickly that it would of taken me hours….maybe days!
