Twitter is also a micro blogging platform that allows you to share information with anyone following you in 140 characters or less.
TELUS clients that sign up for twitter alerts can send and receive tweets through text messages.
To set this up you can add your phone to your twitter account by visiting http://twitter.com/devices . After your phone is verified you can start sending and receiving updates instantly. You can send your tweet with under 140 characters in a text message to 21212.
You can access twitter via your mobile browser at http://m.twitter.com or you can download the application onto your BlackBerry Smartphone at www.orangatame.com/ota/twitterberry
